Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new opportunities for corporate accounts, particularly in the Marine & Logistics business. Responsibilities include conducting market and customer analysis, developing schemes and products, building relationships with prospects, clients, insurers, and reinsurers, with the aim of penetrating new opportunities, retaining existing customers, and achieving company targets in revenue, profit, and service quality.
• Support the Corporate Account Team by visiting clients, strengthening relationships, delivering presentations, and presenting strategies to encourage clients to engage or extend company services. Maintain client relationships during policy renewals and provide support for any additional requirements throughout the policy period.
• Contribute to production targets across all insurance classes (excluding Motor Dealer Scheme and Affinity Scheme) by securing new business and expanding existing accounts. Lead and supervise team members to achieve targets, and coordinate with other teams to support company objectives when opportunities arise.
• Manage subordinates effectively to foster teamwork, harmony, and maximum efficiency.
• Demonstrate strong support for company values and comply with organizational standards. Perform any additional tasks assigned by superiors.
