Job Summary :
- Assistant Manager, Retail is responsible for driving the commercial growth and profitability of the company’s retail logistics network. The role oversees retail revenue performance, customer acquisition, network expansion, strategic partnerships, and commercial initiatives across physical retail outlets. This position works closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to optimize store productivity, improve customer experience, and develop new revenue opportunities.
- The role also leads commercial planning and performance management by establishing sales targets, KPIs, incentive structures, and growth strategies for the retail network. The Commercial Manager identifies new business opportunities, develops partnerships with merchants and SMEs, expands non-marketplace parcel volume, and ensures each retail location delivers sustainable revenue and volume growth.
