Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring across business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, stakeholder management, and talent sourcing. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can consistently deliver quality talent while building strong relationships with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for bulk and lateral hiring across multiple business verticals.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, networking, and other innovative sourcing channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure quality hiring.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring requirements.
  • Drive hiring within defined timelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Offer-to-Join Ratio, and Source Effectiveness, and share actionable insights.
  • Work closely with HR and business teams to support manpower planning and workforce expansion.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, campus engagement, recruitment drives, and employee referral programs.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and maintain accurate recruitment documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Core Talent Acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success in managing bulk hiring and lateral hiring in a high-growth organization.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and candidate engagement capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities while maintaining quality and speed.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment analytics.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in leading or mentoring a Talent Acquisition team will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to hiring for Consulting, Market Research, B2B Services, Expert Networks, KPO, ITES, or startup environments is preferred.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline is desirable.
