THE JOB:
As an Assistant Slots Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless slot operations. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead Slot Operation employees with a strong focus on employee engagement, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining compliance with regulations and department policies. 


THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Assist the Shift Manager with operational functions of the Slots Department including delegating duties and tasks to hourly employees, resolving guest and employee concerns, ensuring compliance with departmental and company policies and management of human resource responsibilities to include fostering a positive work environment, employee development and mentorship, training, and issuing discipline 

  • Ensure the proper documentation of all actions taken for assigned staff members. 

  • Maintain ongoing communication with employees to share information, listen to feedback, and role-model S.H.O.W. standards 

  • Deliver a level of guest service which is consistent with the company’s and property’s core service standards 

  • Manage, organize, and complete assigned projects with attention to detail within the established deadline 

  • Ensure inventory of all company equipment and sensitive keys during shift are maintained and accounted for 

  • Protect the confidentiality of company files and documents under immediate control

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age 

  • High School Diploma or GED 

  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a customer service environment required
