As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in launching a brand‑new store and setting it up for success. You’ll lead from the front, inspire your team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and keep store operations running seamlessly.
It’s a hands‑on leadership role where your energy, ideas, and passion will truly shine.
Proven retail management experience, ideally in a fast‑paced environment
Strong organisational and time‑management skills
A creative eye and love for visual merchandising
A passion for coaching, supporting and developing teams
A growth mindset and enthusiasm to learn and evolve
Please note: This role will involve some travel to surrounding TK Maxx stores for training prior to opening.
