The Associate Director, HR – People Strategy and Labor Relations is a key leadership role responsible for critical initiatives withing Supply Chain and Procurement such as, workforce planning, labor relations, and talent strategies. This role provides leadership and guidance to 3 direct reports and indirectly across the Supply Chain and Procurement P&P team.
This is a Hybrid role located in Chicago, IL (Aon Center) 3 days/week Onsite
Principle Accountabilities:
Partner with leaders to enhance ways to build our talent capability at all levels; work across the organization to improve training and development, Ownerversity, career experiences, mentoring and rotations.
Continually work with and challenge current org structures to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies. Partner with team leaders to evaluate monthly business performance reviews and seek opportunities to drive efficiencies while increasing value.
Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with the North America Supply Chain and Procurement business objectives in partnership with business leaders.
Analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives, including talent management and organizational design.
Provides budgeting oversight and control for people related ZBB packages.
Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure the team is equipped to deliver high quality support to the business.
Ability to identify/define problems, collect data, establish facts and articulate conclusions and effective solutions at all levels of organization
Often required to make decisions and take decisive action using own judgement.
Requirements:
10+ years of dynamic Human Resource experience, including 5+ years in a business partnership oriented role for executive leaders.
Proven experience in leading HR teams and developing HR strategies that drive business results.
Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment, preferably in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Influencing/aligning strategy around talent capability and behaviors.
Ability to analyze complex HR data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
Strong business acumen.
Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$164,200.00 - $205,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
