Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Associate Director – Operations to lead the successful execution of our CSR portfolio across India. This role will own the operational strategy and delivery of multiple high-impact projects, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder satisfaction, compliance, and measurable outcomes.
You will work closely with CSR partners, government stakeholders, internal cross-functional teams, and implementation partners to scale programs that transform students' lives

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end operations for multiple CSR-funded projects across geographies.
  • Build scalable operating frameworks, SOPs, governance mechanisms, and project management processes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed impact metrics.
  • Manage relationships with CSR partners, foundations, government bodies, implementation agencies, and school leadership.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination with Sales, Product, Technology, Career Guidance, Finance, and People teams.
  • Monitor project health through dashboards, MIS, KPIs, risk management, and periodic reviews.
  • Ensure donor compliance, documentation, utilization tracking, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Lead regional operations teams, project managers, and implementation staff while building a high-performance culture.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and continuously improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Support expansion by evaluating operational feasibility for new CSR opportunities and strategic partnerships.

What We're Looking For

  • 10–15 years of experience in operations, program management, or large-scale project delivery.
  • Experience managing CSR, education, government, social impact, or development sector programs is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-location teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Strong project management, operational planning, and execution capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, including experience engaging senior leadership and external partners.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a bias for ownership and execution.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
