Role Overview
As an Associate in the Founder’s Office, specializing in Communications, Partnerships, and Fundraising, you will be at the forefront of advancing Anubhuti’s mission. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the organization’s narrative, foster strategic collaborations, and mobilize resources for large-scale impact. You will work closely with the Founder and senior leadership to build Anubhuti’s brand, develop meaningful partnerships, and secure funding for its initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Communications
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with Anubhuti’s mission and goals.
  • Create compelling content, including impact reports, newsletters, press releases, and blogs, to showcase the organization’s work.
  • Manage Anubhuti’s digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and email campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Coordinate with media outlets and manage public relations to enhance visibility.
  • Share regular updates with partners, government stakeholders, and donors through email communication.
  • Manage the advisory board, including scheduling regular meetings, sharing updates, and maintaining Minutes of Meeting (MoM) records.

2. Partnerships:
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and international organizations.
  • Represent Anubhuti at forums, conferences, and events to build networks and alliances.
  • Develop proposals and MOUs for collaborations and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Nurture relationships with existing partners and maintain regular communication to strengthen engagement.

3. Fundraising:
  • Design and execute a robust fundraising strategy to meet annual funding targets.
  • Prepare grant proposals, pitch decks, and donor communications to secure funding from diverse sources, including corporates, foundations, and individual philanthropists.
  • Organize donor engagement events and campaigns to showcase the impact of Anubhuti’s work.
  • Maintain and update a donor database, tracking contributions, acknowledgments, and reporting timelines.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in communications, partnerships, fundraising, or stakeholder engagement — preferably in the development sector, CSR, social enterprises, or nonprofit organisations.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Strong storytelling, content creation, and brand communication abilities.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders (government, corporates, NGOs, philanthropists).
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media management, and basic design platforms (e.g., Canva).
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate ideas into structured proposals and campaigns.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Comfort working closely with senior leadership, founders, and high-level partners.

Hiring Procedure
The selection process for this role involves the following stages:
  • Telephonic Interview- A preliminary discussion to understand your background, motivations, and alignment with the role.
  • Pre-Work Assignment- A task focused on creating a communication strategy, partnership proposal, or fundraising plan, designed to evaluate your strategic thinking, creativity, and technical expertise.
  • Assessment Centre- This includes a mock donor pitch, group discussions on real-world challenges, a case study presentation, and crafting communication materials to evaluate your teamwork, strategic thinking, creativity, and alignment with Anubhuti’s mission.

Compensation
  • CTC: ₹3-4.5 LPA (inclusive of all benefits).
  • Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
