Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Collaborate with Process Research Chemists to develop and optimize manufacturing processes that meet project objectives and business timelines.
  • Support process scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot and manufacturing environments.
  • Evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment performance to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
  • Assist in recommending and implementing equipment modifications or upgrades to support process improvements.
  • Conduct laboratory experiments and process evaluations while ensuring accurate documentation and data analysis.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment in good working condition through routine inspection, calibration, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory environment by following established safety and quality procedures.
  • Support troubleshooting and technical investigations related to process development and manufacturing operations.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Knowledge of chemistry principles and laboratory best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and experimental skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Knowledge of reaction engineering, separation engineering, or chemical engineering principles.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation such as GC, GC-MS, HPLC, HPLC-MS, and NMR.
  • Experience supporting process development, pilot plant, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with process scale-up and technology transfer activities.
  • Experience within specialty chemicals, flavors & fragrances, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
