Associate Engineer - Solution Design

Brief Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and consultation during the pre-sales process.
• Understand customer requirements, analyze needs, and propose suitable solutions from Matrix's product portfolio.
• Conduct product demonstrations, POCs (Proof of Concept), and technical presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop competitive proposals and ensure solution feasibility.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical documentation and solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest product features and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally, as needed.



Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in a technical pre-sales role, preferably in telecom, security, or IT solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise communication, security, and network solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams
