Uprite Construction is seeking an Associate Estimator to join our growing Preconstruction team in Roseville, California. You MUST live within a commutable distance to these location to be considered.
This role is ideal for an estimator who has already gained experience estimating commercial construction projects while working for a commercial general contractor and is ready to continue developing within a collaborative and fast paced environment.
The Junior Estimator will work closely with Senior Estimators and Preconstruction Managers to prepare accurate estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and support the preconstruction process from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.
