Terms: Full Time – Hybrid (3 at office and 2 HO)

Role Purpose

The Associate Brand Manager (ABM), Deployment & Engagement, supports Dove Men’s Body Cleansing business. This role focuses on translating portfolio strategy into marketplace success through commercialization, innovation execution, retailer activation, and cross-functional leadership, as well as owning the Dove Men BCL budget.

We are looking for individuals who are deeply curious and ready to learn, who can confidently own a large-scale budget, who are collaborative, and who can confidently lead inter-agency and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercialization & Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Guide the Integrated Agency Team (IAT) by devising meeting agendas, tracking deadlines, and ensuring our agencies receive timely input from the brand team

  • Embrace a Social First Demand-Generation framework by embedding platform native, social first thinking across all plans to accelerate brand love and enhance reach while bringing to life the Dove Men Brandverse.

  • Influence & help lead PR, Influencer, and owned social content strategies, ensuring all briefs and executions ladder up to brand priorities and drive cultural relevance.

  • Develop and manage go-to-market plans across Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Customer Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D.

  • Ensure flawless launch readiness and execution across all consumer and customer touchpoints.

2. Portfolio Operations & Financial Stewardship

  • Manage budgets, purchase orders, agency invoicing, and other portfolio operations processes.

  • Support forecasting, financial tracking, and investment management across the business.

  • Monitor and anticipate competitor moves and cultural trends, translating insights into timely organic and paid content opportunities across earned/love, BSAY, influencer, and UGC/owned workstreams.

  • Drive rigorous performance reporting by evaluating media effectiveness and ROI across all deo initiatives in partnership with MMC and agency teams. Clearly articulate what’s working, what’s not, and define actionable optimizations to strengthen plans.

3. Cross-Functional Project Leadership

  • Masterbrand Partnership — Collaborate closely with the Dove Men Masterbrand lead as the BCL category representative across all cross category demand generation initiatives (e.g., Limited Editions) and shared capability resources (e.g., owned social).

  • Cross Functional & Agency Leadership — Partner with creative, design, PR, media, and influencer/creator agencies to deliver breakthrough brand ideas and best in class digital earned and paid solutions.

  • Digital, Search & Content Specialist Collaboration — Work with the Digital Capability PC Lead, all specialists within the MMC and their search/content agency partners to enhance visibility and relevance across social search and emerging LLM powered discovery environments.

  • Customer & Shopper Alignment — Partner closely with Customer and Shopper Marketing teams to bring Dove Men BCL campaigns to life across retail.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant branding/marketing experience

  • Comfortable working in Circana and Numerator systems, pulling raw data and synthesizing analysis into action-driven narrative.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaborate across functions.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving execution in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of the digital and social landscape.

  • Capable of identifying and acting on market, social, and cultural shifts, translating them into meaningful brand opportunities.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,000 to $110,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.  

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.  

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
