Associate Manager - Engineering

Job Description

Operate and monitor steam boilers, pumps, water treatment systems, and related utility equipment. Maintain required boiler pressure, temperature, and steam supply. Perform routine inspections and record operating parameters. Carry out preventive maintenance and minor repairs. Identify and troubleshoot equipment faults and report major issues. Monitor boiler water quality and chemical dosing. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations. Maintain housekeeping in the boiler and utility area. Coordinate with maintenance and production teams during breakdowns.

Maintain operation logs, checklists, and shift reports.
