The Associate Operations Director, Clinic/Center Administration, plans and directs the work of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Associate Director, Clinic/Center Administration requires a understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).

The Associate Operations Director, Clinic/Center Administration develops and leads implementation for staffing plans, policies and operating procedures for the clinic and works closely with clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.

Required qualifications

· Must be able to work at the CenterWell Care clinic, daily clinic presence is required

· 5+ years of management experience in clinical care or related field, with experience driving results in a full-risk VBC environment.

· Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and managed care.

· Skilled in EMR systems, DataHub, NPS, and other relevant software tools.

· Job is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. Candidates selected for this job will be required to be screened for TB.

· Current CPR certification

· Associates working in the State of Florida will need ACHA Level II Background clearance.

· Must have a valid driver's license as there will be travel between centers.

· Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively both internally and externally with a wide range of people including physicians, office staff, hospital executives, medical groups, IPA's, community organizations and other health plan staff.

· Demonstrated interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction both internally and externally with a diverse range of individuals, including physicians, office staff, hospital executives, medical groups, IPAs, community organizations, and other health plan staff.

· Candidates selected for this job will be required to adhere to Humana's flu vaccine policy.

· Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify key insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies that drive results.

· Experience working in a dyad leadership model, partnering closely with physicians and providers to achieve organizational goals.

· Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with the ability to drive performance and lead change across teams.

· Solid understanding of healthcare financials, and operational performance metrics.

· Experience leading HEDIS quality measure initiatives, including identifying and closing patient care gaps to improve quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and performance metrics.

· Maintains a positive attitude and growth mindset while championing organizational initiatives and driving successful change across teams.

Other qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Degree preferably in Business administration Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or, in lieu of a bachelor's degree, 10+ years of Healthcare

· Basic knowledge of Population Health and how it comes to life in a global risk primary care environment

· Familiarity with Medicare and Risk model

· Experience managing a budget of $1M+

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$114,400 - $157,300 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
