Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning across multiple accounts, translating business objectives into innovative, result-driven media strategies.
- Drive integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, maximizing platform effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering strategic recommendations and identifying growth opportunities.
- Leverage consumer, market, and competitive insights to shape future-ready media strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, ensuring continuous optimization and effectiveness.
- Mentor and develop a team of planners, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Build strong partnerships with media vendors and internal teams to ensure best-in-class campaign execution.
- Contribute to the overall vision, innovation, and growth of media practice.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in media planning within an agency environment.
- Proven experience leading integrated campaigns, with a strong digital-first mindset.
- Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in consumer insights, media strategy, and performance optimization.
- Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude.
