About the Role

As an Associate Product Manager (d/f/m) you are responsible for supporting the Product Marketing team in tactical, process-driving marketing tasks across product categories within the Professional Hygiene Business Unit. Together with the Product Marketing team you will drive and execute assortment changes that build value focusing on: launch excellence, product portfolio management and assortment optimization.

Working in a matrix organization, you will need to build and manage relationships across e.g., marketing, sales, innovation, R&D, procurement and manufacturing.

This is a full-time position based in our office in Mannheim, Germany.

What you will do

  • Participate in projects and support regional marketing teams as assigned by product management in data management, intellectual property and product certification, customer questions and tenders

  • Support preparation, execution & follow up of product launches

  • Assist the Product team in tactical implementation of tasks related to product lifecycle management (PLC)

  • Support Product Phase-In, Phase-Out (PIPO) process resulting from product changes and launches including coordination with sales, customer service, product supply, production planning

  • Manage Product News Process across Europe in collaboration with other Associate Product Managers

  • Provide product support to customer marketing, customer service & sales

Who you are

  • University degree in Economics, preferably with focus on marketing and/or business administration

  • First experience in a product or marketing environment

  • Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with MS Teams or digital workplace environment

  • You take ownership, work independently, and demonstrate a high level of reliability and accountability

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, action and solution oriented, good planning and organization skills

  • Strong communication skills and flexibility, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Fluent in German and English communication skills

  • Willingness to travel on national and international level when necessary
