Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $60,000.00 - $91,125.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

What you will be doing

In this role, the Associate Project Manager (APM) will:

  • Serve as a supporting liaison with clinical, support, and business departments on new construction and renovation projects across multiple sites and states
  • Support high-priority and sensitive initiatives, with work guided and reviewed by senior team members
  • Gain structured exposure to cross-functional partners, external regulators, and consultants to support professional development

Day-to-day activities and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Project Delivery:

  • Support project management functions for new site activations, including assisting in the development of key deliverables and supporting execution of activation plans across multiple workstreams
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues for review by project leadership
  • Perform administrative and coordination duties, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and processing requisitions and invoices
  • Support the facilitation of operational planning activities with end-user departments, including tracking and following up on action items to ensure completion
  • Coordinate move activities with end-user departments, construction project teams, and external vendors, with oversight from senior team members
  • Provide responsive and professional support to internal stakeholders preparing to operate new sites
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, with prioritization and oversight provided by the Director or senior team members

Regulatory Applications & Compliance:

  • Maintain and update Certificate of Need (CON) status reports for leadership review
  • Assist in drafting Construction Notices and other regulatory filings, including compiling required documentation for submission and closeout
  • Support the development of project cost schedules and other regulatory deliverables
  • Coordinate the compilation of information required for Medicare enrollment updates (Hospital, ASCs, and DME) and license renewals across multiple states
  • Support regulatory tracking and documentation processes while developing familiarity with applicable requirements and standards

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (e.g., BA, BS) or equivalent combination of education and related experience

  • 1-2 years related work experience; project management or healthcare operations preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to perform key project management functions, including coordinating teams, facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and communicating across multiple organizational levels

  • Demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities, including critical thinking and the capacity to identify and resolve issues effectively

  • Thrives in ambiguous environments, demonstrating resilience in overcoming setbacks and adaptability in navigating obstacles

  • Shows a strong willingness and enthusiasm to learn and partner with subject matter experts to drive project success

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Monday.com, or demonstrates the ability and willingness to quickly develop proficiency
