Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates for contract roles.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with consultants and vendors.
- Collaborating within the team to understand client requirements.
- Marketing and promoting consultants to potential clients.
- Tracking and managing consultant submissions and interviews.
- Negotiating and finalising contract terms and agreements.

- 55% Throughout (10th, 12th, and Graduation)
- Eligible Degree: MBA (Any Specialisation) & B.E/ B.Tech
- Eligible Branches (B.E/ B.Tech) Civil, EX, ME, AU, Chemical
- Excellent Communication Skills
