Main Duties:

• Coordinate and execute all aspects of training operations, including preparing training materials, logistics, on-site (virtual or physical) support, and post-training follow-up
• Support HQ-led training projects and digital/AI learning initiatives from an operational perspective.
• Manage and optimize the local learning platform (e.g., uploading content, troubleshooting, user data management).
• Analyze and report on training data (participation rates, completion rates, feedback, etc.) to provide insights for training improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate training records.
• Assist with paper-based assessments and testing to evaluate candidate suitability for the role.
• Maintain training records and provide measurable (quantitative and qualitative) information as part of sales KPI.
• Ensure training operations adhere to company processes, compliance, and high standards of quality.
• Foster close collaboration with business units, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful training deployment and continuous improvement

Education/Training:

• Bachelor degree or above

Work Experience:

• At least 2+ years in training operations, learning platform administration, or related fields.
• Experience with AI/digital learning projects, e-learning platform management, or internal training project management is preferred.
• Industry background is open; pharmaceutical/medical device experience is a plus but not required.

Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position:

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Experience with digital learning solutions, AI for learning, or enterprise learning management systems (LMS)
• Demonstrated project management capabilities
• Able to design and execute process improvements for training logistics and operationsGood coordination and project management skills.
