About this role
- Lead and manage the design activities for steel poles including High Mast, Street Light, Octagonal, Conical, and Transmission Poles.
- Perform structural analysis, wind load calculations, and foundation designs as per relevant IS/BS/IEC standards.
- Review and approve detailed fabrication drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Coordinate with marketing, project execution, and production teams to provide technical support and design solutions.
- Ensure all designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Guide and mentor junior design engineers in technical detailing and design tools.
- Interact with clients and consultants to understand requirements and provide optimized design solutions.
- Oversee design documentation, drawing control, and design validation reports.
- Implement design automation and software-driven improvements for efficiency.
