We are looking for a talented ATF Machine Repair - Level III (Third Shift) to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Jamestown, NY.

- Protecting the environment by understanding how maintenance activities affect energy use, waste, and emissions, and taking steps to minimize negative impact.
- Raising the standard of equipment reliability through skilled troubleshooting, precise mechanical repairs, and disciplined preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
- Strengthening product quality by applying high‑craftsmanship standards, following technical documentation, and providing valuable feedback that improves maintenance systems.
- Reducing downtime by identifying root causes of failures, supporting uptime analysis, and scheduling maintenance activities in a way that aligns with production needs.
- Sharing expertise by coaching less‑experienced team members, acting as an informal technical resource, and helping build a stronger, more capable maintenance team.
- Improving operations by solving problems, removing manufacturing constraints, and participating actively in continuous improvement and TPM initiatives.
