Audience Growth Specialist

We’re looking for an Audience Growth Specialist to manage and optimize digital distribution across social media and organic search. The role focuses on growing reach, engagement, website traffic, and organic visibility rather than creating content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms
• Build and maintain social media publishing calendars
• Optimize posts for each platform, including hashtags, formatting, tagging, and accessibility
• Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions
• Support employee and executive social media advocacy
• Analyze social performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, followers, and referral traffic
• Execute technical and on-page SEO, including keyword research, metadata, internal linking, image optimization, and structured content
• Monitor website SEO health, indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and search rankings

Requirements

3–6+ years in social media, SEO, digital marketing, or audience growth

Proven experience growing owned digital channels

Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and engagement

Hands-on SEO experience with Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar

Experience with website CMS platforms

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and SEO tools
