About this role

JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

We're looking for an Audio Visual Technician to keep our conference spaces running flawlessly — from everyday video calls to high-stakes executive meetings. You'll be the technical backbone behind our AV systems, blending hands-on troubleshooting with a genuine passion for client service. This is a role for someone who thrives under pressure, anticipates problems before they happen, and takes pride in delivering a seamless experience every time. If you enjoy variety, technology, and being the calm, capable presence in the room, this could be your next step.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver white-glove technical support for internal, client, and C-level executive meetings
  • Anticipate potential AV issues before they arise and resolve client concerns quickly and confidently
  • Operate and troubleshoot video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx) and codec systems such as Crestron Flex and Polycom VTC
  • Manage and monitor the conference room booking system, helping clients navigate room changes or repairs
  • Coordinate room setups to exact specifications — layout, airwalls, microphones, and projection — ahead of meetings
  • Maintain conference room standards, including cleanliness, functionality, signage, and equipment condition
  • Perform proactive testing, calibration, maintenance, and software/firmware updates to keep all equipment running smoothly
  • Log and escalate technical issues with IT, and take part in light commissioning and programming work

What We're Looking For

  • A natural troubleshooter who can quickly identify and localize technical issues
  • Strong working knowledge of integrated AV systems and video conferencing technology
  • A polished, professional presence, especially when supporting senior stakeholders
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • A proactive mindset — someone who spots problems before they become client-facing
  • Strong client service instincts, with the ability to stay composed under pressure
  • Curiosity and adaptability to pick up new tools, systems, and software
  • A collaborative approach to working with IT teams and other internal partners

What You Can Expect From Us
