The Opportunity

As an Audiologist, you'll play a vital role in helping clients achieve better hearing and improved quality of life through clinically excellent, personalised care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and diagnosing hearing loss using Bloom-approved audiological techniques

  • Delivering tailored hearing solutions and educating clients to make informed decisions about their hearing health

  • Supporting successful hearing outcomes through the recommendation and fitting of appropriate hearing devices

  • Building awareness of Bloom's services through local promotional and community engagement activities

  • Developing and maintaining strong referral partnerships with GPs, ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals

  • Contributing to the continued growth and success of the clinic while delivering exceptional client experiences

About You

You are passionate about improving lives through better hearing and enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients and healthcare professionals alike.

To be successful, you will have:

  • A current QP number and full membership with Audiology Australia (ASA) or AcAud

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • A client-first mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional care

  • The ability to effectively manage your day and balance clinical and business development responsibilities
