Barista - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
About this role
LSH Auto is seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional coffee and customer service. Your expertise in beverage preparation will help create a welcoming environment for our customers, ensuring each visit is memorable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Crafting a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages
- Providing friendly and efficient service to all customers
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the café area
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Collaborating with team members to support daily operations
The contract is for 8 months.
Working Hours: 40
Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday
Salary: depending on age and experience
Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and beverage preparation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
