Ensure that sufficient Welcome drink is available for the guest and should be local and relevant to the region as per the standards. Also should maintain the area neat and clean.
Job Description
- Daily Operations. Barista should check the number of arrival guest (Pax) a day prior and order the welcome drink accordingly.
- Cleanliness & availability of Utilities. Ensure that the counter is regularly cleaned and kept clean. Ensure that the sufficient face towels are available for arrival guest.
- Ensure that the face towels are handed over to Housekeeping in the evening for washing.
- Sufficient glass should be available always for serve the welcome drink.
- Welcome drink should be seasonal and as per the standard. Barista should monitor the same.
- All soiled glasses should be washed immediately by barista at the coffee counter and wiped properly.
- Process Adherence. Ensures all initiatives and processes are within the company’s Responsible tourism framework.
- Product Knowledge. Should have thorough knowledge of Resort & Operations.
