Job Description
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cocktails, mocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
- Provide excellent and efficient guest service, including taking orders, recommending beverages, and responding to guest requests.
- Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines, bar equipment, glassware, and other beverage tools to ensure proper working conditions.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, stock levels, inventory, and organization of the bar and beverage station while following hotel procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender, Barista, or similar position, preferably in a hotel, café, bar, or restaurant.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso-based beverages, cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine, and other beverages.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude toward guests.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with good attention to cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and beverage quality.
