BDR, Banking & Treasury Platform (SF)

San Francisco, United States of AmericaRemoteFull-timeEntry · 1-2 years₹99.6L – ₹1.2Cr/yrH1B likely

About this role

Lavendo partners with startups and high‑growth companies to help them hire top‑tier sales, GTM, and technical talent. This role is with one of our clients; we’ll share full details about the company and interview process as we get to know you and confirm mutual fit.

About the Company

Our client is a scrappy, fast-moving fintech startup on a mission to build the world's largest and most-loved financial technology company. Backed by $10M+ from execs at JP Morgan Chase and BNY Mellon, and stacked with talent from Ramp, Nubank, and Goldman Sachs, this is a team that plays to win.

The Mission

Forget one-size-fits-all banking. Our client partners with specialized banks to cherry-pick the best product at each — checking, credit lines, credit cards — and fuses them into one seamless platform anchored by the highest-earning business bank account in the nation.

The Opportunity

This is your shot to get in early at a company already crushing it — 300% quarter-over-quarter growth since launch. If you've got the hunger to compete, close, and climb, this BDR seat comes with a fast, structured runway straight into an Account Executive role.

What You'll Do

  • Go on the offensive with outbound cold calling and prospecting to build a pipeline from scratch

  • Chase down and qualify inbound leads, booking discovery calls for the AE team without missing a beat

  • Target SMB and Mid-Market players — construction, services, and companies with $30M+ in assets — and win their attention

  • Build sharp prospect lists using Apollo, Clay, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and JustCall

  • Push past objections and extract real answers, even from CFOs and other C-level execs

  • Keep your CRM airtight and your pipeline data on point

  • Show up for the team — in-person offsites and regional events included

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of outbound SDR/BDR experience at a B2B SaaS or FinTech company, selling to SMBs, Mid-Market businesses, or CFOs

  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas or sales targets

  • Cold-calling chops and the ability to handle objections without flinching

  • Proficient with Salesforce, Apollo, or similar CRM/sequencing tools

  • US-based, SF preferred, remote OK if you're willing to travel for offsites

Key Success Drivers

  • Relentless. You don't back off when a prospect pushes back — you push harder

  • High agency, low hand-holding. You figure it out and get it done

  • Sharp, fast-talking, and genuinely fired up about the mission, not just the paycheck

  • A team player who shares wins instead of hoarding them

  • You bring "force of nature" energy — competitive, driven, impossible to ignore

Why Join?

  • $80K-$100K base with OTE of $120K-$150K, plus competitive equity — real upside for real performers

  • A proprietary sales training framework built to cut ramp time by 75%, so you're selling in weeks, not months

  • A fast, clear runway from BDR to Account Executive

  • Surround yourself with a team pulled from Ramp, Nubank, and Goldman Sachs at a company growing 300% QoQ

  • Backed by heavyweight execs from JP Morgan Chase and BNY Mellon, 10+ unicorns, large banks ($100B+ assets), and strategic business owners

  • Flexibility to work either in-person in San Francisco with a hard-charging crew, or remotely if that's your speed
