BGA Rework Technician -Swing (NVD) Locations: San Jose (NVD) Business Units: CESBG Job Classification: Non-Exempt SummaryAs a BGA Re-work Assembler you will responsible for reworking PCBAs and components, a variety of duties in accordance with their training, experience, and skills. You will directly report to the Manufacturing Manager.Key Responsibilities- Review daily rework schedule with manufacturing supervisor
- Perform repair to PCB’s based on daily schedule
- Validating material and required documentation for work orders
- May train new hires on SOPs, etc.
- Other duties assigned or needed
- Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
Basic Qualifications- Skilled at removing parts from PCBA and solder equipment
- Skilled at hand soldering including jumper wires
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Read and understand work orders ad manufacturing work instructions
- Accuracy for documentation
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees
- Common sense to solve practical problems
Education and Experience- High school diploma or GED equivalent and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a contract manufacturing environment
- English proficiency is required, Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
