Job Summary Supports, and is responsible for incorporating into job performance, the Frederick Health (FH) mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy and adheres to the FH Compliance Program, including following all regulatory requirements and the FH Standards of Behavior.  Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required: MBON RN license or compact state equivalent BSN required Certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and/or other appropriate certifications. Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical area of practice.  Achieve certification in area of appropriate clinical specialty after two years of clinical experience or within 1 year in Charge nurse role.
