Want to join the leader in AI-powered data security?

Public Sector deals are won on the strength of the written bid — and getting that document right, on time, and fully compliant is a skill in itself. As our Bid Manager Intern, you'll own the assembly of RFP and tender responses for our Public Sector sales team, working directly with legal, technical, and commercial experts to pull together winning submissions. It's fast-paced, detail-driven, and gives you a front-row seat to how major public sector contracts are won.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

  • Own the bid: compile, format, and quality-check RFP and tender documents so every submission is complete, compliant, and on brand.
  • Chase what matters: coordinate inputs from legal, technical, security, and commercial teams, and keep everyone to the deadline.
  • Track everything: run a live tracker of every open bid so nothing is ever at risk of being missed.
  • Build the toolkit: grow a library of reusable content — case studies, accreditations, standard answers — that speeds up every future bid.
  • Sweat the details: proofread and compliance-check every submission before it goes out the door.
  • A genuine 12-month placement with real responsibility from week one — not a year of making coffee.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support high-quality decision-making.

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING

  • Excellent written English and a genuine eye for detail — typos and inconsistencies bother you.
  • Someone organised who doesn't let things slip, even when juggling several deadlines at once.
  • Confident chasing busy people for answers, politely and persistently.
  • Strong Word and PowerPoint skills; Excel or Salesforce experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
  • Curious about public sector work, bids and tenders, or a future career in bid or proposal management.
  • #LI-HV1
