Billing Manager

The Billing Manager is responsible for direct oversight of the billing team functions and responsibilities including adjustments, authorization, billing, claims, rejections, insurance follow-up, reports, payment posting and customer service. The primary objective for this role is to oversee the billing processes, manage, train and mentor the billing representatives to ensure accurate and timely billing operations to maximize revenue and cash flow for the organization. Develop strategies to reduce A/R Days, prevent timely filing, and improve payment collections.
