•   Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project BIM standards.
•   Manage and coordinate BIM models across civil, structural, architectural, track, signaling, telecommunications, power, and MEP disciplines to the client.
• Ensure model quality, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
•   Lead clash detection, model coordination, and resolution of interdisciplinary conflicts.
•   Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and oversee document and model control.
•   Coordinate with designers, contractors, consultants, and the client to ensure efficient BIM workflows.
•   Monitor BIM deliverables, project milestones, and compliance with applicable standards such as ISO 19650.
•   Provide technical guidance, training, and support to project teams on BIM tools and best practices.
•   Generate reports, model-based analyses, and digital deliverables to support project planning, construction, and asset management.
• Promote continuous improvement in BIM processes and digital engineering practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct trainings to all BIM Modelers.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture,

• Must have at least twelve (12) years of progressive professional experience in BIM management for major infrastructure projects, including planning, implementation, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Bentley OpenRail, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (or similar platforms).

• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM standards, and multidisciplinary coordination.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
