We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Engineering or Biotechnology field
7+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, or a related technology-driven industry
3+ years in a management role overseeing both direct and indirect reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
A Master’s degree in biological sciences, or an engineering discipline
5 or more years of experience in large-scale manufacturing preferred
Proficient verbal and written communication abilities are essential, as is the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Experience in hands-on operations, previous people leadership roles, and participation in responsibilities beyond production operations are preferred.
A demonstrated commitment to quality and compliance, accompanied by a proven track record, is required. Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as strong influence and relationship-building capabilities with a focus on teamwork, are also necessary.
