At Sunshine Coast Radiology, we’re on the lookout for full time or part time enthusiastic Booking Centre Agents to coordinate appointments and create a seamless, caring experience for every caller.

🔎 Your Role:

• Be the first point of contact, answering patient and referrer calls with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system (Karisma)
• Keep workflows efficient and organised
• Provide fee quotes and explain Medicare rebates clearly
• Help prepare patients for their visit with the information they need

💡 What You’ll Bring:

• A caring, empathetic communication style
• Advanced computer and keyboarding skills
• Great problem-solving and time management abilities
• A positive, proactive attitude
• Experience in customer service is a plus!
