What will you be doing here?

Coordinador de maquillaje es responsable de la ejecución operativa y el seguimiento táctico de los planes comerciales definidos desde Global, su misión principal es asegurar la construcción de marca a través de lanzamiento de nuevos productos y manejo de portafolio.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

El coordinador de maquillaje es tiene a su cargo la categoría con mayor expectativa de crecimiento,

1. Ejecución de Lanzamientos: Coordinar el go to market de nuevos productos, asegurando la correcta bajada al mercado local, precio, entrenamiento, materiales hacia consumidor y consultora, con la visión de subir posiciones en SOM.

2. Control de portafolio Monitorear portafolio, niveles de stock, demanda de los productos promocionados ciclo tras ciclo, así como monitorear el flow estratégico de cada uno de los productos de la categoría.

3. Gestión de proyectos: Actuar como un enlace entre áreas transversales (ventas, planeamiento, comunicación. supply) para agilizar el flujo de trabajo.

4. Dashboard de desempeño y análisis de resultados ciclo tras ciclo para identificar oportunidades y riesgos.

Preferente: Licenciatura en Marketing, Ingeniería o Negocios

5 años de experiencia en Marketing o afines.
