What You’ll Do (Pick Your Vibe!)
Depending on your unique superpowers, tech background, and language profile, you’ll be placed into one of our specialized digital workflows:
- AI & Trend Spotting (Product Data Operations): Review trending content, stories, and comments on major platforms. You'll help identify violations and play a direct role in gathering data to teach machine learning and AI how to understand human culture.
- The Metaverse Explorer (Virtual Reality Integrity): Step onto the digital frontier! You’ll investigate and review user reports within multiplayer virtual worlds, making sure interpersonal interactions are safe, respectful, and perfectly aligned with digital codes of conduct.
- Brand Protection Squad (Business & Legal Integrity): Keep the digital marketplace clean by checking ads and reviewing video promotions to ensure they comply with international policy and protect intellectual property rights.
- Digital Solutions Expert (Global Support): Help creators and businesses via chat and email with account access, blocking, or payment queries, followed up by helpful outbound follow-ups. (No cold calling here—just pure problem-solving!)
Requirements
- Language Power: Native or C1-level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese
- English Level: A solid B2 to C1 level of English (since your initial paid training and internal knowledge base are in English).
- Pop-Culture Savvy: You fully understand internet slang, memes, idioms, and modern digital trends.
- Digital Skills: A typing speed of 30+ WPM with 85%+ accuracy, combined with sharp critical thinking and solid decision-making skills.
- Resilience & Flexibility: The digital world never sleeps! You are adaptable, open to rotating shifts, and possess the emotional maturity to handle mild to sensitive online content professionally.
- Experience: Depending on the workflow, 1–3 years of experience in customer support, BPO, or gaming support is a massive plus (but don't worry, we provide incredible training!).
