As a Breakfast & Banqueting Team Member, you’re the one making sure guests get that perfect first coffee of the day, a just-out-of-the-oven croissant, or a healthy smoothie. You switch effortlessly between host/hostess, barista, advisor, and atmosphere maker. No day is the same – and that’s exactly what you love.

Job Description

• You’re the first point of contact at breakfast or in the meeting rooms.

• You help them find their place in the breakfast area.
• You serve with flair and manage breakfast like it’s nothing, always with a big dose of TRIBE-style.
• You keep everything clean & safe – from hygiene to food safety, you’ve got it covered.

Qualifications

Who you are
Someone with an eye for detail, flair, and fun. You understand that hospitality is all about the complete picture – atmosphere, service, and that good vibe. You take initiative, think in solutions, and are always ready to shine together with the team.

You also tick these boxes:

• You’ve got some hospitality experience and know how to put on a little show.
• You’re a communication ninja and service runs through your veins.
• You’re available for morning shifts, including weekends.
• You’re a team player with a killer attitude and unstoppable work ethic.
• Your look is always on point, and you radiate hospitality like no other.

We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a part-time breakfast employee for 30 hours per week, working 5 days a week, 6 hours per day. The working day starts at 6:00 AM.

You have several years of experience in the hospitality industry and enjoy creating a warm and welcoming breakfast experience for our guests.

Additional Information

• An attractive salary above the Dutch Hospitality CAO: €2,593.53 gross per month / €16.06 gross per hour.
