Contract: PAYE
Duration: Long-term Project
Salary: Competitive salary package, with additional travel and accommodation benefits available to eligible employees.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Bricklayers to join a major long-term construction project. Working alongside a skilled construction team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality masonry work across a range of structural and architectural applications, ensuring all work is carried out safely and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Construct and repair brickwork, blockwork and other masonry structures.

  • Read and interpret drawings, plans and specifications.

  • Lay bricks, blocks and other building materials accurately and efficiently.

  • Ensure work is completed to the required quality standards and project specifications.

  • Work collaboratively with site management and other trades to meet programme requirements.

  • Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.

  • Adhere to all health, safety and environmental procedures.

  • Support general construction activities as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Bricklayer on construction, infrastructure or civil engineering projects.

  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings and site plans.

  • Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials and industry best practices.

  • High standard of workmanship and attention to detail.

  • CSCS Card (essential).

  • Additional industry qualifications and certifications are advantageous.

  • Reliable, self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.
