What you’ll be doing:

· Check the bundler and adjust the dimensions of the bundler, the saws, and number of boards in each ballet according to the production plan.

· Check the bundler operating system and make sure that there are no faults and all control panel keys are at “AUTO” position.

· Check the bundler table movement and confirm that the hydraulic system is working properly.

· Clean the bundler table area and the saws.

· Check the boards’ quality with quality control persons to make any necessary adjustments on the dryer temperatures.

· Fill the daily Bundler report

· Report and help in maintenance of any sudden faults occurs in the machine
