Job Title: Business Analyst (BA) – Product Owner Support

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to join our product team. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner to transform business needs into clear, actionable deliverables. You will play a vital role in defining user stories, designing wireframes, building product roadmaps, and planning software releases. This is a highly collaborative role that bridges product, design, engineering, and business teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.

 Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed, well-structured user stories.

 Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring that stories are properly estimated, prioritized, and ready for development.

 Define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.

 Assist in developing and maintaining release plans, identifying key milestones and deliverables.

 Support creation and regular updates of product roadmaps, aligning with strategic goals and customer feedback.

 Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate timelines and manage expectations.

 Create low- to medium-fidelity wireframes to visually represent user flows and functional requirements.

 Work closely with UI/UX designers to validate wireframes and ensure user-centric designs.

 Conduct design walkthroughs with stakeholders and development teams.

 Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

 Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions alongside the Product Owner.

 Support change management activities by clearly documenting impacts and ensuring traceability.

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile or Scrum environment.

 Proven experience writing clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.

 Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle.

 Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

 Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.

 Experience working in a SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software environment.

 Exposure to user research or usability testing.

 Familiarity with APIs, data modeling, or basic technical architecture concepts.

 Analytical thinking with attention to detail.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills.
