Romana Mrazova is a Manager in PwC’s Technology Consulting practice. Since 2017, she has combined technology consulting with hands-on delivery, working on software development and digital transformation in the automotive and telecommunications sectors, including SAP transformations. Her work covers product management, business analysis, project governance, and test and release management, with a focus on product quality and delivery excellence. Romana brings clarity to complex challenges and helps turn priorities into results. She guides cross-functional teams, improves collaboration and strengthens agile ways of working. She lived and worked in Germany and China and speaks Czech, English and German.
As a Business Analyst, you’ll support the analysis, documentation, coordination, and delivery of digital and technology projects. You will translate business needs into structured requirements, work closely with both business and IT, participate in workshops, help shape processes, and contribute to successful delivery in agile or hybrid environments.
Imagine working on projects like:
Real-Time Payments and Instant Clearance – You solve how banks can offer instant transfers instead of the current model, fulfilling regulatory requirements.
Transaction Automation – You translate complex business requirements into automated processes. You help the business understand what they should expect from these innovations. Sometimes you will be at the very beginning – hunting for requirements, evaluating them, and determining whether they make economic sense to implement.
Suitable for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience with completed university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or a comparable field
Interdisciplinary backgrounds are welcome, especially combinations of business with technology, analytics, digital transformation, communication, or management
Experience or exposure in consulting, technology consulting, digital or business transformation, or financial services environments (banking or insurance) is an advantage
Experience in stakeholder‑facing, coordination, or delivery‑oriented roles, such as: Business or data analysis, Project or product coordination, Consulting or advisory roles bridging business and IT
Strong communication and coordination skills, combined with an interest in consulting and technology, are essential for this role.
Basic understanding of, or strong interest in, technology‑enabled solutions supporting efficiency and business transformation
Experience using German at B2-C1 level and English at C1 level in a professional environment
High motivation to learn, develop professionally, and gradually grow into more complex responsibilities
Proactive and responsible working style, willingness to take ownership of tasks
Deep technical expertise is not required – curiosity, learning ability, and a digital mindset are key
Strong collaboration skills in international and cross‑functional teams
Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure and simplify complex topics
Interest in learning and working with topics such as: Business and data analytics, Automation and process optimization (e.g. RPA), Agile delivery and the software development lifecycle, Digital tools, platforms, and IT‑supported business processes
