You will support the I2M and IIM process for site / cluster and ensure effective planning and execution of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging and processes for a plant or cluster. At the plant level you will work on change management and innovation management capabilities.

As the Business Development Lead for our Plonsk plant, you will be the driving force behind the site's innovation, commercialization, and productivity agenda. In this newly created role, you will lead and develop a team of BD Commercial Project Leaders, orchestrating the full spectrum of I2M (Idea to Market) and IIM (Integrated Innovation Management) projects — from strategic concept through industrialization to successful market launch. You will serve as the key interface between commercial stakeholders, category teams, R&D, engineering, and manufacturing, ensuring that business opportunities are translated into executable projects delivered with excellence.
You will be accountable for:
What you will bring
- University education (Master's degree) in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) will be an additional value
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven project management experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Solid background in the food, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or relevant industry
- Demonstrated experience in leading commercialization / innovation projects end-to-end (from concept to market launch)
- Track record of managing and developing teams (people management experience required)
- Experience in working with cross-functional and multi-geography stakeholders
- Inclusive leader and driver of cross-functional projects with a clear vision and can-do attitude
- Proven people management, leadership, coaching, and motivation skills
- Communicative English (minimum B2 level; C1/C2 preferred)
- Flexibility, ability to deal with complexity, strong data analytics and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across different geographies and organizational levels
- Financial acumen — ability to build and evaluate business cases
- Knowledge of Lean/TPM/IL6S methodologies is an advantage
