EV.Careers is currently seeking a full-time, direct-hire Business Development Manager in the EV charging equipment space. In this fully remote role, you will own the full sales cycle for EV charging projects, from first conversation through close, financing, installation, and commissioning, and build a book of business across distributors, solar partners, and direct B2B customers. Responsibilities Hunt and close new business for EV charging equipment across distributor, solar, and B2B channels. Own the full lifecycle: product discovery, financing, site build-out coordination, installation, commissioning, and lining up technical resources. Build and grow a portable book of business and expand accounts from a first unit to fleet-scale deployments. Navigate permitting and compliance in key markets (for example New York, Texas, and Florida). Requirements A proven, portable book of business in distributor, solar, or direct B2B sales. Full-cycle hunter mentality, comfortable owning a deal from discovery through commissioning. EV charging sales experience or a strong knowledge base in charging infrastructure. A track record of tenure and consistent performance. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling EV charging, energy storage, solar, electrical distribution, or related infrastructure. Experience deploying in major markets with permitting and compliance requirements. Comfort in a remote, self-directed sales role. Benefits Strong base salary plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings around $250,000. Team commission share and equity/RSU grants. Fully remote, sell where the deals are.
