Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy.
  • Independently calculate sales prices, terms, and prepare offers.
  • Negotiate prices and supply contracts, and manage the collection of outstanding receivables.
  • Regularly visit customers and distributors to monitor sales volume, revenue, and variances.
  • Timely enter visit reports and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Analyze and report market and competitor information to ensure a competitive advantage.
  • Manage and coordinate activities of A + B accounts that impact the success of the business.
  • Build and develop positive relationships with key customers and distributors.
  • Develop the Eastern European sales region.
     

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Preferably experience in B2B sales in specialty chemicals or related industries.
  • Understanding technical contexts in specialty chemicals.
  • Ability to translate technical/commercial benefits of products into value and pricing.
  • Strong IT skills (Office 365, social networks, and ERP systems).
  • Fluent Polish and English, both verbal and written. Any other Eastern European languages of benefit.
  • Self-confident, organized, flexible, and able to handle a high workload and simultaneous projects.
  • Trustworthy and reliable in executing tasks.
  • Open to change, friendly character, flexible with time, positive attitude, team player with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time.
