About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Managers to drive book sales in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, market understanding, and a passion for educational and reading materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in book sales.
- Identify and onboard new institutionaland distributor clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with schools and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and promotional events.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and customer service.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 3–6 years of experience in sales (books, publishing, or education sector preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the city/region as needed
