Business Process Specialist (Hospitality & Golf)

Strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM) Hands-on experience with: As-Is / To-Be process documentation BPMN 2.0 Process mapping & modelling SOP preparation BPM Tools: SAP Signavio / ARIS / Bizagi / Visio (any one mandatory) Hospitality & Golf Process Exposure: Guest journey & service lifecycle Front office & back office operations Booking & reservation workflows Billing & payment processes Refund handling & service recovery Escalation & complaint management Ability to clearly explain Process Maturity Model (L0–L6/L7) step-by-step Requirements Role Expectations: Collect process information from Hospitality / Golf business users Document workflows accurately Maintain BPM repository Support walkthroughs & validations Share documented outputs No team management No decision-making ownership No architecture / strategy role Preferred Skills: Experience working in structured transformation or ERP programs Exposure to PMS (Property Management Systems) is an advantage Strong documentation and communication skills
