Building collaborative relationships across departments such as Sales, Trading, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Credit, IT—and leading meetings that drive consensus—will be essential for success. You will also champion robust documentation practices while proactively managing risks through thorough impact assessments. Ultimately your role is integral in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently within established controls while supporting broader business management objectives.

  • Lead the planning and oversight of regional Global Markets projects by establishing clear project plans, milestones, governance forums, action logs, and status reporting that ensure transparency and accountability throughout the initiative lifecycle.

  • Drive delivery momentum by following up on key deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues with discipline, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as appropriate to maintain project progress.

  • Coordinate progress updates from APAC branches as well as relevant head office and regional functions, synthesising information into decision-ready reports for senior management.

  • Prepare high-quality executive presentations, steering materials, management reports, and other documentation required for effective project governance and stakeholder decision-making.

  • Analyse project performance data to identify bottlenecks or emerging risks and recommend practical actions that keep initiatives on track while maintaining alignment with organisational priorities.

  • Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders across Global Client Planning, Sales, Trading, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Credit, and IT teams to align them around project objectives and priorities.

  • Lead project meetings and governance forums by setting agendas, tracking decisions, assigning action ownerships, and following up with accountable stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.

  • Influence stakeholders across the region by resolving competing priorities and communicating project updates clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner to foster trust and understanding.

  • Establish robust project governance standards including documentation protocols and reporting requirements so that materials remain accurate, current, and accessible to all relevant parties.

  • Proactively identify project risks or delays by conducting impact analysis and proposing mitigation actions while ensuring compliance with internal policies, governance standards, control requirements, and confidentiality obligations.
