1. We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, understand the overall ServiceNow architecture, and be capable of delivering end-to-end solutions from business requirements through to production deployment.

Required Skills

• • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Strong experience with CMDB
  • Experience with ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP/APIs)
  • Strong JavaScript skills
  • Experience with ITSM modules:
    • Incident Management
    • Problem Management
    • Change Management
    • Service Catalog
  • Knowledge of Now Assist (preferred)
  • Understanding of ServiceNow Architecture and end-to-end implementations
  • Experience in troubleshooting and debugging
  • Knowledge of Knowledge Management
  • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience deploying changes into production
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
