- Develop and build parametric 3D data according to construction standards with the level of quality required by other EDAG offices and our clients.
- Understanding problems on injection molding process and how to solve them.
- Creation of 2D drawings and apply knowledge of: GD&T, manufacturing process, injection molding.
- Prepare technical details under the supervision of Sr. designers.
- Interior and exterior trim parts analysis to guaranty quality on the parts.
- Communicate clearly with the team, and propose basic solutions.
- Create parts lists /BOM / Documentation.
- Follow and understand design rules, checklist and team instructions.
- Review and validate technical details.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor´s degree in Automotive engineering, Mechatronic engineering, Mechanical engineering or related.
- 2+ year of experience product development.
- 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation (CATIA/NX).
- Experience with injection molding plastic parts and vacuum forming.
- Experience in surface modeling and part design.
- Understanding of GD&T.
- International Experience desirable.
- Fluent English.
- German A2 (desirable).
